It is these ‘thought pathways‘ that create your world view, your brain blueprint.
As we cannot be ‘consciously thinking’ about every area of our life at every moment, the brain banks this information in the SUBCONSCIOUS mind.
The SUBCONSCIOUS dictates your habits and behaviours.
Changing thoughts at the SUBCONSCIOUS level means your habits, behaviours and most importantly your ACTIONS will then be automatic!
Meaning you won’t ever need to ‘think’ or rely on willpower ever again!
