Brain Training is a combination of techniques I have put together that are incredibly powerful and effective in changing thoughts that are limiting your success, essentially changing negative thought patterns into positive ones…
But this isn’t just ‘positive thinking’… this goes much deeper…
Let me explain..
Unconscious thoughts are automatic, it’s the stuff we don’t need to think about, like breathing.
Conscious thoughts are what we focus on in the present moment. Active thinking. The conscious mind deals with short term memory and will power.
Subconscious thoughts are what drives our habits and behaviours. The subconscious mind is our long term memory, where every event that has ever happened to us is stored. These thoughts when replayed over and over BECOME our core beliefs.
90% of our day to day life is governed by the subconscious thoughts, our core beliefs, habits and behaviours….
When the brain is trained at the subconscious level–
your thoughts CHANGE
your core beliefs CHANGE
your habits and behaviours CHANGE
your life changes.
How do I access and train the SUBCONSCIOUS mind?
I access and train your subconscious mind the same way we naturally train it. By thinking thoughts!
There are key techniques I use to uncover limiting thought patterns, which can then be re-energised to be more in line with the outcome you’re looking for. Shifting from one limiting thought pattern to a more open thought pattern. For example:
“It’s hard to make money as a Freelancer.”
to “Even though my past experience had shown me its hard to make money as a Freelancer, I know that there are people who are really successful, I guess they had to start somewhere, what I offer is really good, I’m open to the idea that there is enough for all, I’m open to receiving more, I’m open to new opportunities to effortlessly come my way..”
I re-frame and repeat this new thought pattern, so that your brain is now re-focused and able to get to work attracting evidence and examples. It’s like when you buy a new car… and then you start seeing that car EVERYWHERE! Your brain is laser focused on the things you think about, bringing into your reality evidence and examples.
One of the principle methods I use is called Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT.
EFT is the ‘love-child’ of Neuroscience and Acupuncture – this remarkable technique calms the fight/flight/freeze response and allows for stimulated brain cells (neurons) to be receptive to new information.
